E-coli(Escherichia coli)

       পোল্ট্রি মুরগি চাষের একটি সমস্যা যার নাম ইকোলাই বা ই-কোলি।ই কোলাই এর প্রভাবে মুরগি চাষের মরালিটি অনেক বেড়ে যায়। ই কোলাই ব্যাকটেরিয়া সম্পর্কে কিছু তথ্য শেয়ার করলাম ।

         ই-কোলি বা ইকোলাই একটি গ্রাম-নেতিবাচক রড আকৃতির ব্যাকটেরিয়া। এটি হাঁস মুরগির সর্বাধিক সাধারণ ব্যাকটেরিয়া।

         সাধারণত জল থেকে দু'ধরনের ব্যাকটেরিয়া জন্মগ্রহণ করে। ১. গ্রাম-পজিটিভ(ক্লাসটিডিরাম). এবং

২. গ্রাম-নেগেটিভ (এসচাইচেরিয়া কলি).

         সংক্রমণ সকল বয়সের এবং বিভাগের পোল্ট্রি গুলির মধ্যে ব্যাপকভাবে বিতরণ করে। এগুলি প্রাথমিক ভাবে দুর্বল স্বাস্থ্যকর অবস্থার সাথে অবহেলিত প্রযুক্তিগত প্রয়োজনীয়তা বা শ্বাস বিরক্তি এবং ইমিইনোসপ্রেসিভ রোগগুলির সাথে সম্পর্কিত।
          জলের পিএইচ মাত্রা ঠিক না থাকার কারণে এই ব্যাকটেরিয়া জন্মগ্রহণ করে। পিএইচ মাত্রা ৪/৪.৫ থাকলে এই ব্যাকটেরিয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক কম থাকে। জলে পিএইচ মাত্রা ঠিক রাখার জন্য ফরমিক অ্যাসিড আছে এরকম কিছু ব্যবহার করলে ভালো।

         ইকোলাই বা ই-কলি ট্রিটমেন্টের সময় গ্রাম নেগেটিভ এর ট্রিটমেন্ট করলে ব্যাকটেরিয়া থেকে নির্মল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেশি থাকে এবং মর্টালিটির সম্ভাবনা অনেক কম হয়।

One problem of poultry farming is called Escherichia coli or E. coli. Under the influence of this poultry poultry grows.  I shared some information about E. coli bacteria.

 E. coli is a Gram-negative rod shaped bacteria.  It is the most common bacterium of poultry.

 Usually two types of bacteria are born from the water. 1.  Gram-positive (Clostridium).  And
2. Gram-negative(E.coli).

Infection is widely distributed among poultry of all ages and categories.  These are primarily related to poor technical conditions such as neglected technical requirements or respiratory distress and immunosuppressive diseases.

 These bacteria are born due to poor water level.  The probability of these bacteria is much lower if the pH level is 4/4.5.  It is best to use some formic acid to keep the pH level in the water.
Treatment of Gram-negative during Ecolai or E-coli treatment is much more likely to eradicate bacteria and reduce the likelihood of mortality.
